CNC Turning was one of the first capabilities implemented within Excel Mfg., Inc. in the early 1990’s. This tried-and-true method of creating parts that are round is one of the basic foundations of the machining industry. Our lathes have allowed us to produce hundreds of thousands of parts for our customers over three decades. CNC Turning has allowed us to create parts that are very round (within .00005’’) with multiple diameters that are very concentric to one another.
